CEO & Accelerator George has over 13 years experience in building, managing and optimizing multi-channel ecommerce businesses. He built his first Probus eCommerce store in 2003. Since then, he has launched 15 online stores across three different channels. He is a graduate of Pacific Western University and has been at Datacard Group & MasterCard. He also serves as Chairman of the non-profit organization Jobs Foundation. George has been CEO of Snap Agency since 2011.

COO, VP & General Manager Spenser has over 7 years experience in web development, project management and IT. He has 4 years experience in ecommerce operations and marketing with Probus. Spenser holds a B.S. in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and has been a Google Analytics Certified Individual since 2012.
Creative Director John has 10 years experience in building, managing and optimizing multi-channel ecommerce businesses. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bethel University and also has a certificate in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business. John has been our Creative Director since 2011.
How would you describe the culture of Snap? Happy! I am inspired by lots of things…People who smile at strangers, my faith, Joy in others, my hubs, but mostly…my parents. Their hard work, sacrifice, love, and support are commendable. My favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities is the Townhall Brewery. My favorite book is Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers.
My role at Snap is to help people get the word out about their remarkable products and services. I happen to do that with code and visual design, but it’s always with the mind that we want to help connect people, and empower business owners and marketing professionals. I like working at Snap because of the emphasis on work and life balance. To me this is very important, and we do better work when we have time to relax as well. One thing on the bucket list is to backpack Europe. Favorite vacation spot would be Paris… or Italy, I don’t really know yet.
What is your role at Snap? Lead Copywriter, Designer, Content-er, Chief Flow Officer, Executive Puppy Enthusiast. What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? Coming up with my own job titles. If you could have dinner with 1 person dead or alive who would it be and why? John Bonham or Dave Grohl and talk drums. My Favorite (comic) book is Calvin & Hobbes.
My favorite book is Jane Eyre. I love wasting time with loved ones. I’m a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers. I never leave home without my day planner. What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? The daily shared laughter.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? I enjoy the opportunity it presents to learn about new techniques and skills and apply them to the projects I am working on. What is your role at Snap? I am primarily a web developer, but also do some server management, help desk, and other general IT tasks. My favorite book is Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. Favorite animated movie is Cowboy Bebop the Movie: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door directed by Shinichirō Watanabe.
