Solos Pizza Café is the brainchild of business partners Bruce Thomson and Brian Banick. They opened their first location in 2007 in Maple Grove, just off of Bass Lake Road and 494. With their success in Maple Grove, Thomson and Banick made the decision to expand their café with additional locations in Plymouth and Eagan.
