Since then, he has launched 15 online stores across three different channels. He is a graduate of Pacific Western University and has been at Datacard Group & MasterCard. He also serves as Chairman of the non-profit organization Jobs Foundation. George has been CEO of Snap Agency since 2011.

COO, VP & General Manager Spenser has over 7 years experience in web development, project management and IT. He has 4 years experience in ecommerce operations and marketing with Probus. Spenser holds a B.S. in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and has been a Google Analytics Certified Individual since 2012.
How would you describe the culture of Snap? Happy! I am inspired by lots of things…People who smile at strangers, my faith, Joy in others, my hubs, but mostly…my parents. Their hard work, sacrifice, love, and support are commendable. My favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities is the Townhall Brewery. My favorite book is Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers.
My role at Snap is to help people get the word out about their remarkable products and services. I happen to do that with code and visual design, but it’s always with the mind that we want to help connect people, and empower business owners and marketing professionals. I like working at Snap because of the emphasis on work and life balance. To me this is very important, and we do better work when we have time to relax as well. One thing on the bucket list is to backpack Europe. Favorite vacation spot would be Paris… or Italy, I don’t really know yet.
What is your role at Snap? Lead Copywriter, Designer, Content-er, Chief Flow Officer, Executive Puppy Enthusiast. What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? Coming up with my own job titles. If you could have dinner with 1 person dead or alive who would it be and why? John Bonham or Dave Grohl and talk drums. My Favorite (comic) book is Calvin & Hobbes.
My favorite book is Jane Eyre. I love wasting time with loved ones. I’m a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers. I never leave home without my day planner. What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? The daily shared laughter.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? I enjoy the opportunity it presents to learn about new techniques and skills and apply them to the projects I am working on. What is your role at Snap? I am primarily a web developer, but also do some server management, help desk, and other general IT tasks. My favorite book is Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. Favorite animated movie is Cowboy Bebop the Movie: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door directed by Shinichirō Watanabe.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? I love that I get to work on an array of accounts. Because I have clients from pet supplements to medical devices, I never have the same day twice, which keeps me learning and on my toes. I also enjoy our open door policy when it comes to dogs. How can you not love going to an office where there could potentially be two dogs and a puppy in the office?! It just puts a smile on my face! What inspires you? Trying something different. The biggest way I can grow and learn is to be put in situations I have never experienced before. At first it may be uncomfortable, but it becomes a chance for growth. You can’t enjoy life standing still, so why not put yourself out there and see things from a different perspective. Name one thing on your bucket list. Go to as many countries as I am old. I’m currently 24 and I have been to 29 countries, so I’m ahead of schedule! Your favorite animated movie is It’s an oldie, but a goodie, Lion King. I went to that movie about 7 times in theaters and I still have a queen size Lion King blanket from when I was 3. I know, you’re jealous.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? I enjoy the encouragement from my co-workers to take steps to become better everyday. What inspires you? I am inspired by increased results that validate the importance of what I do. When I can visually show clients ways that we have improved their business, it makes both parties really happy! Name one thing on your bucket list. Write a book about design that helps young designers to be more successful. Your favorite animated movie is Big Hero Six.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? Besides the beer fridge and Friday Xbox sessions? The people are amazing. We all love what we do, and the sense of community is unreal. We do our best work when collaborating, we bring out the best in each other. What inspires you? Viewing my clients businesses as my own, and meeting with them in person to discuss results. I try very hard not to lose sight of how important it is that what we do be successful, and I love helping my clients succeed. Knowing that my work positively impacts them makes me want to do more, and the same holds true when there’s room for improvement. Name one thing on your bucket list. Visit all the islands in the Beach Boys song “Kokomo.” Favorite book is Shogun by James Clavell.
Content Writer/Copy Editor With majors in English and journalism, Liz graduated from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities in 2012. She’s since managed an ice cream kitchen, learned how to roller skate and fine-tuned her editing prowess at another agency before landing on Snap’s doorstep. Here she flexes her writing muscles and wordsmiths for a variety of clients while talking sass and listening to sweet jams. She likes roller derby, antiques and the feeling of waking up in a tent on particularly cold mornings.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? The people and the challenges. Every day presents a new set of challenges and requires me to switch my mind from one subject to the next as I write content for a broad variety of clients. This brings me to the people: They’re pretty neat. It’s a tight-knit clan that just wants to do an awesome job at everything we can. What inspires you? Great minds. I like to keep my nose in the books and blogs to see what ideas people come up with. Seeing how others poke at topics from different angles often inspires me to look at something with fresh eyes. Favorite thing about the Twin Cities? The emphasis on local. Buy local. Eat local. Travel to local tourist spots. Love local Paul Bunyan like he was your brother. Buy a pair of shoes made a town over. Support your local artist. Watch a local film. Guzzle your local beer while scraping your local Juicy Lucy molten cheese off your chin. It makes the Twin Cities laden with one-of-a-kind encounters and folks who appreciate each other’s crafts. What’s one thing you can’t leave home without? A hat. Who knows what can happen to my hair out there.

SEO Strategist Tyler came to Snap with a background in digital marketing and sales, and now works along side clients to create and execute custom SEO strategies focused on achieving and exceeding goals. Born and raised in the Twin Cities and Google Analytics Certified since 2014, Tyler graduated from Bethel University with a BA in Organizational Communications.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? I have the opportunity to work around talented and passionate people every day, which makes for a very fun environment that pushes me to continue to learn, develop, and refine my work. Plus, I love having dogs around. What inspires you? Passionate people that are both skilled and willing to take risks with the understanding that you’ll make a bigger difference trying something new and, at times failing, than to never push yourself to try in the first place.
