Day to Day Tasks and Skills
Manage and maintain positive relationship with clients
Maintain profitability of projects based on timelines and budgets
Meet and communicate frequently with production teams to manage projects effectively
Provide a thorough understanding of project and prioritize tasks for team
Manage project scope to appropriately allocate time and resources
Anticipate project needs throughout the life of the project: resources, information, communication touch-points, etc.
Create and pursue upsell opportunities with existing clients. You’re the mouthpiece of the organization and are the best fit to promote Snap services
Growth of knowledge in Digital Marketing strategy and tactics. Best quantified by:
Ability to lead groups of people toward a common goal is paramount
1-3 years of digital agency and project management experience preferred
Knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, paid media, and measurement tactics
Excellent communication and writing skills: in-person, phone, and email
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Committed to excellence, regardless of the task
Strong attention to detail
Frequent internet/technology user, web savvy
Strong skills in Office Productivity like Microsoft, Google and Zoho
