We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team of talented individuals (and a few dogs). Do you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment? Day to Day Tasks and Skills

  • Manage and maintain positive relationship with clients

  • Meet and communicate frequently with production teams to manage projects effectively

  • Anticipate project needs throughout the life of the project: information, communication touch-points, the feel-good moments in a great relationship.

  • Create and pursue upsell opportunities with existing clients. You’re the mouthpiece of the organization and are the best fit to promote Snap services when they will benefit our clients.

  • Growth of knowledge in Digital Marketing strategy and tactics.

  • Ability to lead groups of people toward a common goal is paramount. You will act as the client’s representative to our team. Though we have the same goals as our clients, the execution can put us on opposite sides of the table. Keep your co-workers empathetic and laser-focused on achieving goals.

Experience Needed

  • 2-4 years of digital agency and account management experience preferred

  • Knowledge of search engine optimization, social media, paid media, web design, development and branding

  • Knowledge of CMS and E-commerce Platforms
  • Excellent communication and writing skills: in-person, phone, and email

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently

  • Committed to excellence, regardless of the task

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Frequent internet/technology user, web savvy
