KEB America reached out to Snap to revamp their online presence—and help differentiate their brand to appeal to potential prospects. The client’s original website featured outdated content, and made it difficult for customers to explore their growing range of products and technologies. KEB America also expressed interest in our SEO services to drive more organic traffic and business to their website. 

After meeting with the client’s key stakeholders to discuss their marketing strategy and needs, we determined that an in-depth discovery would be the perfect way to kick off the new web build. Our challenge was set: Learn all about the KEB brand, and use those insights to build a responsive website that would appeal to the American market.

Our Solution

In our discovery and strategy workshop, we worked alongside KEB America’s team to build data-driven user personas. This exercise gave us important information on the client’s ideal audience, which formed the foundation for our design work. We also helped clarify KEB America’s voice and identity—including how it should differ and complement their parent brand. This process proved invaluable in creating on-brand content and messaging. 

After discovery, Snap’s design experts set to work on creating beautiful, responsive designs for the upcoming website, using KEB’s personas to guide their efforts. KEB America’s new design vastly simplifies site navigation, while introducing more compelling imagery to attract and convert users. Together, we crafted an optimized UX to support online leads and sales for KEB America.

Last but not least, our experienced developers brought robust functionality to KEB’s WordPress build. The revamped website includes an intuitive CMS with customized administration, making it easy for KEB America’s team to manage and upload content across different pages. After a final round of QA and revisions, we took the new website live—driving growth and better digital results for the brand.
