Conversion Centric Design
Optimized For SEO
TRIA Orthopaedic Center is a national leader in providing their patients and community with exceptional orthopaedic care. They are recognized for their innovative education and research, as well as their constant improvement of patient health. In Minneapolis, nay the state, they are the leading orthopedic center for the “athlete in all of us” and provide healthcare to most professional sports teams in the area.
TRIA ORTHOPAEDIC CENTER is known for their forward-thinking patient care and commitment to consistent improvement. Given their mission and vision, a new website was needed to match the credibility and professionalism that TRIA brings to its patients.
Major objectives for the project were to first create a conversion-centric, responsive website that conformed to whatever device a patient might use. Second, the marketing cycle and digital goals for TRIA would be better supported if the administration of the website was easier to use. Snap focused on making a beautiful website that was simple to manage and beautiful to visit.
To tackle these two goals, Snap undertook our patent-pending Discovery process and focused in on both the patient user and the admin user, and how each use their respective portions of the website.
For patients, Snap developed and tested our hypothesis on the types of people that would be using the website. For example, what pages did they need? How could we funnel them there quickly? Through a mix of ideation, interviewing and conversion testing, we arrived at a simple but forward-thinking layout that allows for many different funnels but all short and effective.
For administrators, the process was very similar. In engaging with the people actually doing the work, Snap was able to glean how backend functionality should operate to make the system easier to use. We also constructed plugins and modules in such a way that future expansion of the site can be accomplished by the marketing team rather than needing IT support. By providing self-reliance to TRIA, they’re now better able to spend time thinking about the message and not messing with the medium.
TRIA.com is a beautiful website that is easy to use and looks great in many device formats. By clarifying the critical components for most visitors and bringing them to the forefront, Snap was able redesign in such a way that visitors can get where they need to go quickly – whether it is to find a provider, make an appointment or learn about care options.
As a team, Snap’s objective is to advocate for the primary goals of the user, and to accomplish all digital projects within the context of what the organization needs from a high-functioning modern website. With TRIA, we were able to do this with a fresh take, simplifying the design by distilling down critical components and presenting them when a site visitor needs them most.
