Clients and coworkers alike look forward to Morgan’s bubbly and welcoming presence the moment they enter Snap’s doors. Her cheerful demeanor is infectious and keeps the rest of us in a good mood day after day. While it’s not entirely uncommon to walk by Morgan’s desk and hear her exclaim, “holy bonkers!” if she’s ever frustrated, that is truly the worst her mood ever gets. Despite the years she’s spent rooted in California, this Roseau-borne blonde beauty truly embodies the phrase “Minnesota Nice.” Clients have even asked us if she’s available for adoption. We at Snap consider ourselves lucky to have an individual like Morgan representing us.
What was your first concert like?
I saw Dave Matthews Band at the Rosebowl in LA. I went with my cousin when I was 21 years old. We were all the way back in the nosebleed section and randomly Dave’s trainer came up to us and gave us front row tickets. After the concert he invited us to come on the tour bus and the after party! Dave wasn’t at the after party, but the band was and everyone was so nice. They even paid for our cab ride home.
What do you do for Snap?
I’m the director of social media and I mainly work with influencers and clients. So I’ll leverage influencer connections to promote my clients brands and give them a bigger reach. I also work with clients to strategize the best social media strategy based on their goals. Social is especially useful for increasing brand awareness and a great complement to SEO and SEM strategies.
What is your favorite thing about your role?
That I get to work with such a wide range of businesses. I get to dabble in so many different industries and each one teaches me something different. I really try to work alongside my clients and feel like I’m a part of their team.
What’s your favorite thing about Snap?
The creative team of people we work with. We have an open office so it’s really collaborative and I learn something new every day from one of my talented co-workers.
What makes you happy?
My little son Greyson! Right now he’s just learning how to talk. I love spending time with him and getting to see the world through his eyes. Teaching him and learning with him makes me appreciate all the little things in life.
