When Phoenix Endeavors came to Snap, what struck us most was how their their website did not represent their reputation as a top-tier provider of SAP consulting services. We know that this is a company that caters to a sophisticated and discerning clientele. Our primary goal in working with them was primarily to match their quality of the service they provide to the overall look and feel of a new website. Improving visual design and messaging would be two top priorities.
As we began our investigation into Phoenix Endeavors’ current site, we noticed that it was not up to current design best practices, and didn’t feature content representative of the services they provide. Imagery didn’t portray who they are as a brand, and it wasn’t clear what their services were. We wanted to leverage Phoenix Endeavors as a knowledgeable resource for SAP Services. Our first question for them was, “Just what is SAP?” It’s something we couldn’t find the answer to anywhere on their website, which was just one of the many aspects we wanted to improve. While users who land on their site will likely know which SAP services they are looking for, it was important to Snap that the services Phoenix Endeavors does offer are highlighted and discussed in greater detail, This was accomplished by increasing their service pages and adding depth to the content.
