Wiley connected with Snap Agency to update their digital marketing strategies and goals, as well as update the design of their current website. The client expressed interest in collaborating with us to better understand and map user demographics and personas that aligned with their short- and long-term business goals—as well as implementing best practice recommendations for maintaining website conversions to match their new brand positioning.
After meeting with Wiley’s leadership to set clear expectations and goals for the project, we determined that a two-phase workshop would be the best way to create detailed personas and solidify the brand’s design/digital marketing approach moving forward. Inspired to meet and exceed Wiley’s business goals, our Web Design Team set to work on preparing a productive and inspiring workshop for the client’s key stakeholders.

Our two-part workshop began with a robust discovery phase, where we crafted detailed user personas to guide the upcoming web designs and inform Wiley’s digital messaging moving forward. We also used these sessions to provide best practices for boosting and maintaining website conversions. Empowered with an intimate understanding of the brand and their communication goals, our team dove straight into creating data-driven designs for Wiley.
Using Wiley’s user personas as a foundation, our designers crafted interactive and responsive wireframes to communicate the updated design and navigation of the new site. Once these were approved, we handed development off to Wiley’s internal team for development. After a few weeks of development and QAing, the new and improved wiley.com launched at last—generating impressive returns for the brand. With their new user-focused platform, Wiley is positioned to support even more educators and institutions around the globe.
