Insignia reached out to Snap to leverage our award-winning web design and SEM services. The client needed a revamped site design to attract, engage and convert prospective customers. Moreover, Insignia’s leadership expressed interest in working with us to drive revenue and growth through search channels. After meeting with the client’s key stakeholders to solidify project goals and expectations, we also identified the need to establish qualifying attributes to help ensure accurate tracking of MQLs and SQLs.
Shortly after onboarding, our Web Design Team met with Insignia’s internal staff to develop a stronger understanding of their ideal target audience. This collaborative session played a pivotal role in the development of our user personas for Insignia—which guided every aspect of our mobile and desktop designs.
