CEO & Accelerator George has over 13 years experience in building, managing and optimizing multi-channel ecommerce businesses. He built his first Probus eCommerce store in 2003. Since then, he has launched 15 online stores across three different channels. He is a graduate of Pacific Western University and has been at Datacard Group & MasterCard. He also serves as Chairman of the non-profit organization Jobs Foundation. George has been CEO of Snap Agency since 2011.

VP & General Manager Spenser has over 7 years experience in web development, project management and IT. He has 4 years experience in ecommerce operations and marketing with Probus. Spenser holds a B.A. in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and has been a Google Analytics Certified Individual since 2012.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? There are three things that I enjoy most about working at Snap. First, I get to see my folks learn, grow and become better people and professionals. Second, our team has the privilege of helping create solutions for our clients. There’s something really special about partnering with clients to assist in the growth of their business and being a part of it. Finally, learning and coaching are my great passions and both happen every single day.
What inspires you? I am inspired by watching the Snap team grow and become better. Perfection is to constantly change and our group wants to change often and for the right reasons.
An item on my bucket list is to grow a company to bigger than any of the individuals. I’m checking off an item every day I come into work.
My favorite animated movie is Wall-E. Not because of the political/health undertones but because my impersonation of Wall-E makes my wife and kid smile every time.
Creative Director John has 10 years experience in building, managing and optimizing multi-channel ecommerce businesses. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bethel University and also has a certificate in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business. John has been our Creative Director since 2011.
What is your role at Snap? My title is Creative Director, but I am really the Disruptor. I want to know how we can continue to improve what we are doing for ourselves and our clients.
How would you describe the culture of Snap? Young at heart, old in spirit, and full of ideas.

My favorite book is Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl.
What is your role at Snap? I have been at Snap for two years; I am the Lead Account & Project manager. Let’s be real though, most importantly: Jake’s coffee runner.
I am inspired by fellow industry work, way too many food and fashion bloggers and my dreams for the future.
What is your favorite vacation spot? For an actual vacation, anywhere tropical! Fort Meyers Beach is my most frequented vacation spot with my family. However, Europe is always calling my name!
My favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities is Smack Shack, can’t go wrong with oysters and a lobster roll.

What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? I enjoy working with a talented and passionate people who are dedicated to exceeding expectations. Also, ping-pong.

What is your role at Snap? I’m the Director of Strategy. I’m tasked with keeping Snap on the leading edge of online marketing by testing and validating the latest innovations in our industry.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? Hump Day Wednesdays when we break out the beer and wine for a mid-week social.

How would you describe the culture of Snap? Happy!
I am inspired by lots of things…People who smile at strangers, my faith, Joy in others, my hubs, but mostly…my parents. Their hard work, sacrifice, love, and support are commendable.
My favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities is the Townhall Brewery.
My favorite book is Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers.
My role at Snap is a Junior Web Developer. I assist our Web Developer in site maintenance, design and SEO strategies.
I like working at Snap because of the people that work here, it makes it fun and a great place to work!
One thing on the bucket list is to visit Ireland.

What is your role at Snap? I’m part of the business development team and focus a majority of my time on new business development. I am very active in my BNI chapter and host/attend a variety of social events around the Twin Cities. Aside from networking I also help with the front end research within our client discovery phase. I’m Google Analytics certified and enjoy doing research for new clients.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? Our culture. I think it all starts with our CEO George Lee and the fact he has such a great guy to work with. He sets the tone and it definitely passes down to everyone within the company. To me, it’s so awesome everyone in the office gets along so well and everything is done as a team. I think it really shows in the work we provide for our clients.
What is your favorite vacation spot? Google “Citronella – Negril Jamaica” – it just doesn’t get any better than that!
My favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities is Quangs on 24th & Nicolette. The go to combo is the 101 + the 508.
What do you enjoy most about working at Snap? Each and every day is different and I am constantly learning something new. I am lucky to work at a company that encourages its employees to take risks and challenge themselves. We have a dynamic group and everyone brings something of value to the table–plus, we like to have fun!
